Rules

Everyone can participate in the Grýlupottahlaup race and run at their own pace—the main thing is to have fun.
Make sure to keep your race number visible on the front of your chest when crossing the finish line, otherwise, your time will not be recorded. Do not run through the finish line multiple times, as it may confuse the timekeepers and lead to incorrect timing for you or someone else. Parents running with their children without a race number are asked to limit crossing the finish line.

The race takes place on six consecutive Saturdays, and all participants who complete four or more races will receive a recognition award.
